HMI’s HL8518 is a single-channel high-side energy change for automotive low-watt lamps, high-side relays and valves, and different basic masses. The system integrates an influence FET and cost pump, offering a typical on-resistance of 80 mΩ.
The HL8518 operates from 3.5 V to 40 V and gives 3-V/5-V suitable logic inputs. Present limiting is programmable through an exterior resistor. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 certified, the change operates over a temperature vary of -40°C to +125°C and has a low standby present of <0.5 µA.
