. Are you sure that the iPhone shouldn’t be managed by an MDM? Examine iPhone Settings app for Common -> VPN & Gadget Administration to find out if any profiles are put in that could be limiting adhoc deployments.
Alternatively, are you able to construct and launch on an iPhone simulator?
